Cashier’s Window:
Currently, our cashier’s window is closed and we are not receiving documents in person. Please mail in all documents for recording and all requests for Certified Copies to:

Search Room:
Our office has limited access for individuals who would like to utilize the search room, please email the Deputy Register, Lisa Prusko, at Lprusko@hcnj.us to schedule an appointment.
ONLINE SERVICES
Documents can be recorded through our E-filing system. We strongly urge our customers to consider contracting with one of the three e-filing vendors who serve this office for the recording of their documents.
Our e-filing hours of operation are 8:00am – 3:00pm Monday through Friday eastern standard time. Our recordings will be done in the order received.
